Wash and chop the broccoli florets into small, bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic clove.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli and minced garlic and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper until well combined.

Pour the whisked eggs into the same skillet (add a touch more oil if needed) over medium-low heat. Let the eggs set slightly for about 30 seconds without stirring.
