Garlic Ginger Pork and Broccoli Stir-fry

"A quick, healthy, and incredibly flavorful stir-fry featuring tender pork and crisp-tender broccoli in a savory garlic-ginger sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal."
Ingredients
All Steps
- 1
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin, bite-sized pieces. In a small bowl, toss the pork with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2
Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
- 3
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and the sesame oil to create the sauce.
- 4
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Remove the broccoli from the pan and set aside.
- 5
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- 6
Reduce heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 7
Return the cooked pork and broccoli to the wok. Pour the prepared sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- 8
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately, perhaps over steamed rice if desired.
