Spicy Pork and Broccoli Stir-fry

"A vibrant and quick stir-fry featuring tender strips of pork and crisp broccoli florets coated in a savory, slightly spicy ginger-garlic sauce. This dish is perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal."
Ingredients
All Steps
- 1
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips, about 1/4-inch thick. Cut broccoli into small florets.
- 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, and water. Set aside.
- 3
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until shimmering. Add the pork strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove pork from the wok and set aside.
- 4
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. If needed, you can add a splash of water and cover for a minute to steam them lightly.
- 5
Return the cooked pork to the wok with the broccoli. Give the sauce mixture a quick whisk and pour it over the pork and broccoli. Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat everything evenly.
- 6
Serve immediately, optionally over rice or noodles.
