  1. 1

Slice the pork loin into thin strips. In a medium bowl, combine the pork strips with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and the cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly and set aside.

  2. 2

Cut the broccoli head into bite-sized florets. Mince the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.

  3. 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork strips and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

  4. 4

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the same skillet. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, then stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. 5

Add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.

  6. 6

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and the sesame oil.

  7. 7

Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the broccoli. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture and stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

  8. 8

Serve immediately, optionally over steamed rice or noodles.
