Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and rinse with cold water to cool it down and prevent sticking. Set aside.

While the pasta cooks, drain the canned tuna and flake it into a large mixing bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, finely dice the red onion, dice the cucumber, and slice the pitted black olives. Add all prepared vegetables to the bowl with the tuna.

Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the tuna and vegetables.

In a small separate bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to create the dressing.
