Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch (2.5 cm) bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the chicken and broccoli are evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan for even cooking.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C) and the broccoli is tender-crisp. You can stir halfway through cooking if desired.
