Garlic Butter Chicken

"A simple yet incredibly flavorful chicken dish, pan-seared to perfection and coated in a rich, aromatic garlic butter sauce. Quick to prepare and satisfying for any meal."
Ingredients
All Steps
- 1
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C). Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- 3
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- 4
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over them to coat thoroughly.
- 5
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
