Season chicken breasts with half of the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Let rest for a few minutes, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
