Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips. Mince the garlic cloves.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Italian sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove sausages from the skillet and set aside on a cutting board. Once slightly cooled, slice them into 1-inch thick rounds.
