    Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Season with half of the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

    Add uncooked white rice to the same skillet. Stir for 1-2 minutes to lightly toast the rice.

    Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes, stir in the broccoli florets and the remaining salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place the cooked chicken back into the skillet on top of the rice and broccoli.
