Semua Langkah
- 1
Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes. Set aside.
- 2
Finely chop the fresh dill. Zest half of the lemon and set aside. Juice half of the lemon into a small bowl.
- 3
In a medium bowl, combine the salmon cubes, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half of the chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat and let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 4
While the salmon marinates, slice the remaining half of the lemon into thin rounds.
- 5
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- 6
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 7
Thread the marinated salmon cubes onto skewers, alternating with lemon slices. Aim for 3-4 pieces of salmon per skewer, depending on size.
- 8
Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and lightly charred. Be careful not to overcook.
- 9
While the salmon grills, prepare the caper dressing: In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the reserved lemon zest, the remaining chopped dill, and the capers. Mix well.
- 10
Remove the grilled salmon skewers from the grill and drizzle generously with the caper dressing before serving immediately.
