Toutes les étapes
- 1
Pat the salmon fillets dry thoroughly with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 3
Carefully place the salmon fillets, skin-side down if applicable, into the hot skillet. Sear for 4-6 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Flip the salmon fillets and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through to your desired doneness.
- 5
While the salmon cooks, prepare the dressing: Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon into a small bowl. Add the chopped fresh dill and drained capers. Whisk gently to combine.
- 6
Once the salmon is cooked, transfer the fillets to serving plates.
- 7
Spoon the lemon-dill-caper dressing evenly over each salmon fillet.
- 8
Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge and an extra sprig of dill if desired. Serve immediately.
